1. Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped out over major international holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional transit days for final local delivery.
2. Shipping Locations & Estimated Delivery
To keep our specialized promotional bundles highly competitive, we fulfill and ship our goods directly from our international central facility located in China.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VP Lifestyle Store is proud to offer a completely Zollfrei / Duty-Free experience for our European and American customers. All import customs declarations, VAT, and administrative processing fees are fully handled and settled in advance by us. You will not receive any surprise invoices or delivery fees from your local courier.
4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number tracking details once your order has left our facility. The tracking link will become fully active and scannable within 48 hours of dispatch.
