Our ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction. We stand firmly behind the build quality of our specialized VP gear. Please review our policy on refunds and returns below.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original retail packaging.
2. Damages and Issues (Free Replacements)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., incorrect color option configuration), please contact us via WhatsApp immediately. Provide your order number along with a short video or photo of the issue. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately, free of charge.
3. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] or through WhatsApp at +1 (857) 891-9649. If your return is accepted, we will send you clear instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (PayPal, Klarna, or Credit Card) within 5–7 business days.
